Summer is just aroud the corner, or so we all hope.
Spring has started in Europe with the amazing high temperatures. Hottest day in the UK for 50 years earlier this week. Here in Greece the temperature is a balmy 19 bringing everyones thoughts to beaches, BBQ and longer sunnier days.
So our countdown to that summer holiday begins.
Many European countried are already signing off on the vaccination passports. With German and Dutch citizens starting there Easter breaks in Spain and the Greek Islands.
The tourist industry is upping the pace and all around you can see hotels being painted. Grass being cut. Boats being readied. A general atmosphere of excitment and anticipation. Will the Pandemic let us have the much needed holidays we all so want and dream of.

Most European countries seem to want full vaccination in order to enter their borders. Although some are accepting Covid19 test.
With the third wave of the pandemic hitting most of Europe, it is difficult to believe that quarantine for overseas travellers will be lifted soon. Slow vaccination in many European countries is also adding to the delay in borders opening. With many claiming the dealy is making it unfair to younger age groups who want to vaccinate but haven’t yet been given the opportunity.
